The first part is that I finally figured out the proper method to make crepes from scratch. That's the good news.

The not entirely bad news is that the process of learning has left the kitchen a mess and there may or may not be a few pieces of a broken plate somewhere on the floor that I can't find. I tried to find all the pieces, but I didn't.
